主要探讨应用CharmⅡ放射免疫分析方法检测饲料中磺胺类药物残留。确定制样和控制点设定的方法,该检测方法的检测限量为100μg/kg,60min可出检测结果。

Rapid detection of sulfonamides in feed by Charm Ⅱ Radioimmunoassay was studied.Extraction procedure for feed and control point were confirmed.The limit of this method was 100 μg/kg, The whole detection process could be finished within 60 min.
