摘要
远程教育是管理治学还是教师治学?这个问题讨论的不是简单的教学手段问题,而是涉及整个远程教育体制和教育主体的重要问题。本文通过比较中国和美国高校远程教育的现状,揭示我国远程教育在教师培训、教师授课方式及教师评价机制中存在的主要问题,提出远程教育教师教学管理机制改革的建议,以引发更加深入的研究和管理的改革。
Whether distance education is administrator management teaching or teacher management teaching. The problem doesn ' t discuss the methods of teaching, but a teaching reform of distance education. So , this paper will make a research on this question seriously. After comparing distance education in China and in U. S. A, the paper shows the basic problem of teaching reform of distance education in China. And then, several suggestions are brought forward to arouse an in-depth research and a transformable administration, which is the control machinemade of teacher Leaching command.
