摘要
教师继续教育必须基于教育研究,而远程教育是教师基于教育研究开展继续教育的有效途径。实施教师远程继续教育,需创建适于教育研究的多媒体网络环境,正确处理与其它教育形式的关系。
Continuing education for teachers should base on the education research while distance education is a kind of effective way to realize continuing education. Multimedia network environment should be set up and other education style relationship should be well coped with for continuing distance education.
