威猛加顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例近期疗效及毒性观察

The Short Term Efficacy and Adverse Reaction of Teniposide Combined with Cisplatin for 30 Cases of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

１９９３年８月至１９９５年３月，用威猛（ＶＭ－２６）加顺铂（ＰＤＤ）组成的方案治疗均经病理学或细胞学证实的晚期非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）３０例。３０例均可评定疗效及毒性。２例（６．６％）获完全缓解，１４例（４６．６％）获部分缓解。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制及轻度消化道反应。

From August 1993 to May 1995,30 cases of advanced NSCLC were confirmed by pathologic or histologic investigation and were treated with teniposide(VM-26) combined with cisplatin (PDD).All cases were evaluated.The results showed that CR was achieved in 2 cases(6.6%),PR in 14 cases(46.4%).The main toxicies and side effects were myelosuppression and mild gastrointestinal tract reaction.
