A Literature Review about Integration of Industry Chain

本文在综述产业组织理论、交易费用理论、企业能力理论关于产业链整合的研究成果的基础上,指出了传统理论的不足,认为在新的经济条件下,需要新的产业链整合理论,演化视角、知识基础观和顾客价值导向将是新理论的基本逻辑起点。

This paper reviews the theories of Industrial organization, transaction cost and competence theory of the firm, then points out the scarcity of these theories. At last, the authors deduce that evolutionary perspectives, knowledge-based and customer-Centered will be the logical bases of new theory about integration of Industry chain.
