摘要
以“差序格局”和“关系治理”为突出特征的中国家族企业,惟有逃脱传统用人制度的樊篱,引入“委托—代理制”,打破内部权力平衡,才能实现制度变迁,从而使企业从平凡走向卓越,继而基业常青。文章从用人制度创新的角度探讨了家族企业的制度变迁,以期家族企业克服智障,走出迷思。
With the obvious feature of "differentiation-stage" and "relation-based rule", those family-based companies have to get rid of the traditional institution of employment by employing "agent system" to break down the inner power balance. The change of the employing system is the only way to make them prosperous. From the creative viewpoint, the paper discussed the change of the employment system to guide the companies walk out from their difficulties.
