新疆实验动物体外寄生虫的初步调查研究

Investigation on the External Parasites of Laboratory Animals in Xinjiang China

本文报道了新疆四个单位实验动物室的４种８个品系（昆明小鼠、ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠、ＮＩＨ小鼠、ＩＣＲ小鼠、Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠、豚鼠、新西兰兔和日本大耳白兔）６４０只普通实验动物体外寄生虫感染的初步调查研究结果。在被调查的实验动物体外，共获得寄生节肢动物１１种：鼠癣螨、相似拉德佛螨、剑野雷螨、菱形蝇芥螨、兔痒螨、兔疥螨、兔皮姬螯螨、血红异皮螨、柏禽刺螨、豚鼠长虱和豚鼠圆羽虱，其中豚鼠圆羽虱（Ｇｙｒｏｐｕｓｏｖａｌｉｓ）为国内实验动物中首次记录。四个单位实验动物室的实验动物节肢动物感染率为８５．１％。

This paper reports the results of investigatien on the external parasites infestation in laborato-ry animals from four laboratories in Xinjiang,China. A total of 640 animals from 4 species and 8 strains(Kun-ming strain mice,BALB/c mice,NIH mice,ICR mice,Wistar rat,Guinea pig,New Zealand rabbit and Japanesewhite rabbit)was surveyed with different methods.Eleven species of external parasites including the pastrecord were found.They are Myocoptes musculinus,Radfordia affinis,R. ensifera,Trichoecius romboutsi,Psoroptes cuniculi, Sarcoptes scabiei var. cuniculi, Cheyletiella parasitivorax, Allodermanysus sanguineus, Or-nithonyssus bacoti,Gliricola porcelli, Gyropus ovalis. Among them,Gyropus ovalis,is recorded for the first timein China. The infestation rate of external parasites in laboratory animals from four laboratories is 85.1%.
