摘要
本文采用电子扫描术测量催化剂中活性金属粒子-铂(Pt)的分布状态。介绍了试样的制作,在试样的几个部位上分析了三种催化剂的铂离子浓度,并给出铂浓度的分布规律。文中最后指出该测量方法的局限性。
In this paper,with the technology of scaning electric microscope,we measured the distribution of the active metal particle-Pt,existing in the catalysts;and we present the preparation of a samples. we analyzed the Pt Particles density of three catalysts different content of Pt,on several point. The result show clearly the distribution law of Pt and the limitation of the measure method.
