摘要 感应电动机消耗了电网总电量的40%,因此运行中的节能引起了广泛的注意、感应电动机轻载下降低定于电压,可使铁耗与激磁电流减小,功率因数与效率可以提高。本文结合电动机参数与负载机械特性推导了功率因数和效率与定子电压率和负载率的关系。提供了JO2型30kw和3kw电机的计算与实验结果。结果表明,为了轻载节能,定子电压和负载机械特性必须同时控制。 The electrical energy consumed by induction motors accounts for more than 40% of the total in power system. Therefore,much attention has been paid to the energy--saving in an induction motor operation. When the motors operated in light load condition at decreasing stator voltage, the iron loss and the magnetizing current would be decreased and the efficiency and power factor would be increased.In this paper,the power factor and the efficiency related to the rate of stator voltage and the rate of mechanical load are deduced from the conbination of the motor parameters with load characteristics. the calculation and experimental results of JO2 type 30kW and 3kW motors are provided. The results show that the stator voltage and the load characteristics must be controlled at the same time for light load energy-saving.
