摘要
在查阅近两年几十种科技期刊的基础上归纳了在参考文献著录规范化方面存在的问题，并提出相应的对策．
ased on reading several dozen issues of scientific and technological journals of recent years, the authors of this ariticle have summarized the problems in the respect of the planning of bibliography records and put forward some countermeasures.
