摘要
针对科技论文作者署名中有悖于著作权法的问题，剖析了作品、作者、署名各自的含义及在实际中存在的不正确态度和恶劣影响，并以３５位中国科学院院士联合署名的文章中的一大段精彩描述和议论，作为对人们进一步探讨杜绝这一问题的启迪．
In the problem of author signature of scientific and technical articles, there exists violation of copyright act. This paper analyses the implications of the avticle the author and the signature respectively, and the abominable behaviours and bad influence in practice. The revelation to people to study how to stop the problems by the most interesting description and discussion of a large part of the article which is jointly signed by 35 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is given in this paper.
