摘要 教师胜任力的研究对于推进教师工作的专业化和进一步推进素质教育有着重要意义。该文阐述了胜任力的内涵和结构,综述了国内外教师胜任力研究成果,并介绍了教师胜任力的测评方法。 The influence of competence grows with each passing day. The article gives a summary about the achievement of teacher' s competence research and sets forth the evaluation techniques of teacher' s competence.
