Fe掺杂对SrCoO_(3-δ)体系氧化物结构稳定化作用的TPD/TPR研究

摘要 用固相反应法合成了系列SrCo1-xFexO3-δ样品,分析了其结构随热处理条件的变化情况,考察了其氧扩散行为以及化学稳定性。自然降温的SrCo1-xFexO3-δ样品保持了高温钙钛矿结构,而淬火样品则为brownmillerite相结构。Fe离子掺杂有利于“α-O”的脱附,但显著抑制了“β-O”脱附;H2-TPR实验表明Fe离子掺杂对SrCo1-xFexO3-δ的化学稳定性有一定的提高。 SrCO1-x ,FexO3-δ oxides have been synthesized for 0.2≤x≤1 by solid state reaction and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, and TPD/TPR techniques. The SrCo1-x FexO3-δcooling slowly in air exhibit perovskite structures, whereas the structures are brownmillerite phase for quench samples. Doping of Fe ions is in favor of "α- O" oxygen diffusion, but whereas restrict "β-O" oxygen diffusion. H2-TPR result indicates that chemical stability of SrCo1-x.FexO3-δ has been improved by Fe ion doping.
