摘要
通过对影响城市小区建设监理效果内外界因素的分析,研究建设监理单位如何针对城市小区建设的特点进行监理组织的设置,以强化监理工作的效力,规范监理工作的程序。
In this article, the author analyzed the interior and exterior factors that influence the effect of construction supervision of city district, and researched some respects of supervision, such as commission institution and management aimed the features of a city and the content and procedure of standard jobs.
