Capital Supply Channels of Innovative Countries' Public Product

长期以来．在“二元经济结构”下,我国在公共产品供给上实行两套政策,造成农村公共产品历史性欠账较多,供给严重不足,严重影响农村经济社会发展。在社会主义新农村建设中,如何配合我国现阶段新农村建设,构建符合我国基本国情的农村公共产品资金供给新机制,多方面、多渠道开拓农村公共产品资金供给渠道,具有重大的现实意义。

Over a long period,under the system of the dual economy,our public product has implemented the dual policies,but resuited into many problems such as accounting payable,supply shortage,which baffled the development of rural economy and society. During the construction of the new rural area of socialism,in order to cooperate with this construction ,we must design a supply system for the public product of new rural area comforming to the basic national situation, and we must explore capital supply channels for rural public product ,which will be of great significance.
