摘要
企业之间竞争的实质是企业对环境中企业所需资源的争夺,为确保可持续发展,企业就必须有比其竞争对手更强的长期性优化配置资源能力,也就是必须要有很强的核心能力。在企业核心能力管理的5个环节中,核心能力的识别和评价是第一个环节,合理具体的量化评价奠定了企业核心能力规划、培育等后续环节的基础。模糊综合评价法是量化分析中可操作性强,效果较客观公正的方法之一。
The essential of competition between enterprises is the scramble for the resource, which is useful and scarce to enterprises. In order to maintain the sustainable development, enterprise must have much more competence to optimize resource deposition for long time than other enterprises. Core competence's identification and valuation is the first step among 5 steps of enterprises' core ability administration. Reasonable and idiographic quantitative evaluation is the base of following steps such as programming and cultivation of core comprehensive. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is one of the quantification analysis methods, and its maneuverability is strong and the effect is objective.
