摘要
目的调查6个STR基因座在中国广东潮汕地区汉族人群中的基因频率分布。方法应用四色荧光标记引物复合扩增技术对251名广东潮汕地区汉族无关个体血样的6个STR基因座进行多态性研究。结果在广东潮汕地区汉族人群中6个STR基因座个体识别概率在0.798到0.925之间,杂合度在0.645到0.765之间,多态性信息含量在0.567到0.758之间。6个STR个体识别概率基因座总值为0.999994。所有基因座经χ2检验符合Hard-Weinberg平衡。结论上述6个STR基因座在广东潮汕地区汉族人群中等位基因分布较好,个体识别率高,适合法医个体识别和亲子鉴定。
Objective To investigate the genetics polymorphisms of 6 STR loci in Chinese Han ethic group of Guangdong. Methods Allele frequencies for 6 STR included in the AmpFISTR Cofiler kit were obtained from 251 adult unrelated indiviuals of Chinese Han ethic group in Guangdong of China. The values of power of discrimination ( PD), power of exclusion ( PE ), paternity index (PI)and matching probability(PM)were calculated. Results The measured values of the heterozygosity of the 6 STR loci were at 0,645 - 0. 765. The polymorphic information content ( PIC ) of 6 loci were at 0. 567 - 0. 758, power of discrimination ( PD ) were at 0. 798 - 0.925 ,X^2-Test indicated that the distribution of genotypes agreed with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion Our results showed that 6 STR loci are valuable STRs loci genetic marker and useful in forensic medicine.
