血管活性氧、氧化应激与高血压 被引量:4

摘要 活性氧(ROS)是具有氧化还原潜能的氧衍生物。近年发现ROS参与了血管功能的调节。促氧化能力超过抗氧化能力称为氧化应激。氧化应激介导很多心血管疾病的血管损伤和炎症。动物和人类高血压常伴随ROS增加。高血压动物模型可以通过减少ROS来减轻血管重建、改善内皮功能、缓解炎症、降低血压。这些证据为高血压防治提供了新的研究领域。
