摘要
金属和陶瓷反应强烈地影响界面的性质，因此了解这种反应的条件极为重要．本文依据热力学平衡理论予以论证，研究了金属陶瓷合适的结合条件及其产物．通过实验和高分辨率透射电镜（ＨＲＥＭ）观察讨论了界面结构和强度。
Metal-ceramic reaction have great effect on the properties of the interface.It is therefore important to know the conditions for such a reaction.Based on the theory of equilibrium in thermodynamics, the authors make research on the conditions for bonding metals and ceramics and their products. By experiments and HREM the interface microstructure and strength are discussed.
