摘要
由行星式高能球磨机采用机械合金化法成功地将纯元素粉末Co和P合成为非晶态Co80P20合金.其结构由X射线衍射仪分析.讨论了交流磁性能随球磨时间的变化规律.在球磨时间为30h附近出现完全非晶相时样品的交流磁化率x达极大值;而反映铁磁物质磁损耗性能的损耗因子tgδ出现极小值.
The amorphous Co80P20 alloy was successfully synthesized by mechanical alloying of pure elemental powders of Co and P using a planetary high-energy ball mill.The structure of this alloy was analysed by X-ray diffraction. The dependence of the AC magnetic properties on milling time was discussed. The AC magnetic susceptibility x approached maximum and loss factor tgδ representing magnetic loss properties of ferromagnetic materials approached minimum at about 30 hours of milling time,when the structure for the alloy powders was completely amorphous phase.
