连续腰穿治疗脑出血术后脑积水疗效评估

Effects of serial lumbar puncture on hydrocephalus after surgery of cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨连续腰穿对脑出血术后脑积水的疗效.方法对我院2000年5月～2005年3月36例连续腰穿治疗的脑出血患者进行疗效评估,并于未行或少次腰穿的脑出血患者34例进行对照.结果连续腰穿治疗的36例中,脑积水的发病者为2例,未行腰穿治疗的脑出血患者中脑积水的发病者为7例.结论连续腰穿可有效防止脑出血术后脑积水的发生.

Objective To explore therapeutic efficacy of serial lumbar puncture after the operation of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Thirty - six cases of serial lumbar puncture after the operation of cerebral hemorrhage were observed, 34 cases of 1～ 2 times lumbar puncture were compared. Results Among the cases of serial lumbar puncture after the operation of cerebral hemorrhage,2 cases occurred hydrocephalus, there were 7 cases occurred hydrocephalus among the case of little lumbar puncture after the operation of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The hydrocephalus after the operation of cerebral hemorrhage can be prevented from serial lumbar puncture.
