摘要 将模糊数学理论和有限元法相结合建立了某型三轴仿真转台的结构优化模型。在优化过程中,采用一种改进的水平截集法来考虑模糊约束的影响,从而调整了最优解在空间的位置,可求得比传统优化方法更为合理的数学解。模糊优化方法为三轴转台的结构设计提供了一定的依据。 This paper presened a new approach to model three-axis table's outer ring by combining the fuzzy theory with finite element method. In the process of optimization, an improved cut level sets method was induced to consider the effects of fuzzy constraints, so the position of optimum solution was adjusted in the design space. Using this method a more reasonable solution than one by the ordinary optimum method can be obtained. It also provides theoretical foundation for three-axis table's structural design.
