摘要
论述了螺旋锥齿轮动力学研究的三种主要方法,即加载接触分析(LTCA)、解多维非线性方程组的方法,以及加载接触分析与周向振动模型结合的仿真分析方法。介绍了这些方法的优缺点,并提出了研究螺旋锥齿轮动力学的若干关键技术。阐述了实际设计制造工程中螺旋锥齿轮动力学研究的任务。
Based on the actual situation in the researches of dynamic performance for spiral bevel and hypoid gears,the authors introduced three simulation methods. The first method was loaded tooth contact analysis(LTCA),the second method was to solve nonlinear dynamics equation and the third method is to integrate torsional vibration model with LTCA. The weak points and advantages of these simulation methods and key technologies of dynamics simulation for spiral bevel and hypoid gears were described in detail. The tasks and needs of dynamic research for spiral bevel and hypoid gears in designing and manufacturing were discussed as well.
