摘要
提出了在数控机床上加工液压支架导向套的设想,设计了新的、合理的加工工艺流程和专用刀具,编制NC加工程序,这样既提高了导向套的加工精度,保证了加工件的同轴度和垂直度,又提高了加工过程中的过程能力指数,使得加工过程中的产品质量趋于稳定,提高生产效率3～5倍,同时也给企业带来了明显的经济效益.
Plottes out the idea for machining guidance sets of hydraulic support with NC machine tool, designs news reasonable technological flow and machining tool, and works out NC machining program, this has not only increased the processing precision guidance sets, ensuring the processing of structured degrees and vertical degrees, and also enhance the course of the process of processing capacity index, making processes of stabilization of product quality, increased production efficiency of about 3 ～ 5 times, hut also to bring significant economic benefits enterprises.
