摘要
设计一种以电阻应变式模拟支架为测力元件的测试系统,该系统通过测试相似材料模型试验中模拟支架工作阻力变化,为研究煤矿区采动中顶板围岩应力变化提供依据。测试方法采用自动加载闭环控制,具有自动升降架、模拟支架状态监测和数据记录、存储以及受力趋势计算机分析等功能。
Designs a micro- computer measuring and control system, using resistance strain type model supports as stress - testing component. Through testing the change of working stress of model supports in experiment of equivalent material model, offering basis for studying the change of stress of surrounding rock in coal caving workforce. The system adopts the closed loop control of automatic loading, has functions of lifting model supports automatically, monitoring work state for model supports, recording data, inquiring and computer analyzing stress trend.
