介绍了车辆轮对尺寸实时动态检测系统,系统采用基于PSD的激光位移测量技术,可以对铁路车辆轮对轮缘厚度、轮缘高度、轮径、轮对内侧距等参数进行在线动态检测,具有准确、实时、快速等特点。
Introduces wheelset profile real time and dynamic detection system of railway wagons, which based on PSD laser technique for detecting displacement. The System can dynamic detect the wheel flange thickness, wheel flange height and the distance between the inner boundary of two wheelset on line. It has the characteristics of accuracy, speediness and real time.
