失效齿轮是生产实际和设备维护保养中经常遇到的问题。对失效齿轮如何使其恢复原有强度和精度,并且减少投入,节省成本,提高企业经济效益。介绍常用7种修复方法,这7种方法各有优缺点,适合于不同失效形式和不同作业环境齿轮,另外对各种修复方式强调操作注意事项。
The problem of losing efficacy in gearwheel is a thing that is usually met in practical production and restoration of devices. How to restore its original strength and precision on condition that we invest only a little money so that we can save production cost and improve the efficiency is a subject that we focus on. There are seven kinds of methods we introduce here. Of coures, every one of them has its own advantages and disadvantages and fits different form of losing efficacy and gearwheels under different work condition. Besides, we stress the matters needing attention of every kind of operation.
