利用规律的实质探析

Essential Research into Making Use of the Law

规律是可以为人所利用的,但国内有的哲学论著认为“利用规律”就是“创造条件使客观规律向着有利于人的方向起作用”的说法却是欠妥的。规律只是一种关系,是人对应物质世界的事物、现象、过程所作出的一种概括和建构,因而它并不能起到什么作用。所谓利用规律,实际上主要是人根据规律去判断未知,以规律为指导去认识新规律,以客观规律和人的目的为根据去确定实践和认识的新方法。

There used to be a statement of making use of the law among the scholars in china.However,they are wrong in arguing that making use of the law is creating conditions to make the objective law play its role to benefit the people.In fact,the law is nothing but a relationship and a kind of generalization and construction made by people in terms of matters,phenomena and process of material world.Therefore,it can't play any role.In another word,making use of the law refers to how people judge the unknown future according to the law,and how to decide on the method of cognition and practice based on the objective law and aims of mankind.
