在财富与人或人的本性内在同一的意义上,人或人类的历史是财富的历史。不同的财富时代,最终归结向不同的技术时代。在“财富之母”的“自然资源”、“财富的一般可能性”的“劳动”、财富“贫困基础上”的“劳动时间”、“机器时代”及其此后的等价于财富的“自由时间”、“财富占有”等层面,财富的历史是技术历史的财富表征,技术是人的财富的尺度,是人的第一财富。“经济全球化”背景下,在根本性上支撑于财富发展的人的发展或富国强国之路的合理取向,惟在于以真正意义的技术创新为依托,尽快逐步占有技术竞争优势。

In the intrinsic identical significance of wealth and in human's nature,the history of the human or humanity is the history of wealth.The different wealth time finally belongs to the different technical time.'The natural resource' of 'Mother in the wealth','work' of 'wealth general possibility',the working time in impoverished foundation,'machine time' and 'the free time' of its value equally in wealth hereafter,'the wealth holds' and so on,the wealth history is the wealth symbol of technical history,the technology is criterion of the human wealth,and is the human's first wealth.under the 'economical globalization' person's development of supporting in the fundamentals in the wealth development or the reasonable orientation of the powerful nation road,only rely on technical innovation in the true significance,gradually holds the technology competitive advantage as soon as possible.
