摘要
以三维面形测量中的三角法为例,研究了激光散斑对测量精度的影响.从统计光学的理论出发,分析了静态和动态测量中的误差来源.指出了静态测量结果仅体现了测量系统本身的稳定性,只有动态测量的精度才具有实际意义.
Studies have been carried out to investigate the influences of the laser speclde on the result accuracy when the triangulation is used to measure the 3-D shape of object.The statistic optics theory has been employed to analyse the error sources introduced durign the static and dynamic measurement.The studies suggest that the results obtained in the static measurement indicate the stability of measuring system only, while the accuracy of the dynamic meaurement is of signficance in prsctice.
