白花丹参根与茎叶水提物对脑缺血再灌注小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响

Effects of aqueous extract from roots,stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza bag f. alba on hypoxia tolerance in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mice

目的观察白花丹参根与茎叶水提物对脑缺血再灌注小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响,分析白花丹参茎叶的药用价值。方法建立小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,分别采用断头法和失血性休克法,观察白花丹参根和茎叶水提物灌胃给药对脑缺血再灌注小鼠张口呼吸时间和心脏搏动时间的影响。结果白花丹参根与茎叶水提物20和30 g.kg-1,能明显延长断头鼠头的张口呼吸时间,缩短失血性休克小鼠的心脏搏动时间。白花丹参根水提物对心脏搏动的影响作用较强,白花丹参茎叶水提物对脑缺血保护作用较强。结论白花丹参根和茎叶水提物能明显增强脑缺血再灌注小鼠的耐缺氧能力。

Objective. To study the effects of aqueous extract from roots, stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza bag f. alba on hypoxia tolerance in cerebral isehemia-reperfusion mice, and evaluate the medicinal value of the stems and leaves. Methods： The cerebral isehemia- reperfusion model was made by means of ligating bilateral common carotid arteries in mice. The gasping time and heart-beats time after cutting head in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mice were recorded. Results When mite were intragastrically administered with aqueous extract from roots, stems and leaves of miltiorrhiza hge. f. alba at the dose of 20 and 30 g·kg^-1 respectively, the gasping time was obviously prolonged and the heart-beats time was obviously shorten after cutting head in cerebral isehemia-reperfusion mice. The effect of aqueous extract from roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza bag f. alba on heart-beats time was more remarkable, while the protective effect of aqueous extract from stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba on cerebral isehemia was stronger. Conclusion： Aqueous extract from both roots and from sterns and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba shows obvious effect on enhancing hypoxia tolerance in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mice.
