摘要
利用XPS,XRD,TAS,BET等表征手段对某铝土矿进行剖析研究.确定一种转型变相加工工艺,使矿中的水合铝转变为活性相,其比表面达到128m2/g,孔容量为0.22cm3/g,吸水性为38.5%,强度>80N/粒,可直接用作某些催化剂的载体.
The characterization of a bauxite has been analysed and we obtain a technologicalprocess of the aluminite converted to activated bauxite,with a specific surface area of 130m ̄2/g,a aperture volume of 0.22 cm ̄3/g,a water absorption of 38.5%,and a machinestrength of>80 N/grain. The activated bauxite can be applied to be a catalyst supporter directly.
