摘要
钛酸钡是电子工业关键的基础材料,是生产陶瓷电容器和热敏电阻器等电子陶瓷的主要原料,在电子工业上的应用非常广泛.本文采用直接沉淀法合成纳米Ba-TiO3粉体,重点研究了表面活性剂在合成过程中对纳米钛酸钡粉体性能的影响.结果表明通过添加合适的表面活性剂能够较好地控制纳米钛酸钡粉体的大小、形状,改善纳米钛酸钡粉体的表面性能.
BaTiO3 is a basic electro-material widely used in the manufacture of thermistors, mulitilayer ceramic capacitors and so on. In this paper, BaTiO3 nano-powders are prepared by direct precipitating method. The effects of surface active agent on performance of BaTiO3 nano -powders are studied emphatically. The results indicate that, adding suitable surface active agent, the size and shape of BaTiO3 nano-powders can be controlled well, and the superficial performance of BaTiOa nano-powders can be improved.
