摘要
在研究Sulzer填料结构基础上作了改进,使其更好地提高气─液传质效率.采用大波纹金属网与小波纹网,并在网上开孔组合制成的一种填料.我们测定了它的特性参数,以空气─水的系统研究了流体力学特性,得出干、湿填料塔的压降与空气速度的关联式,误差不超过±10%.用颈缩管模型较好地解释了开孔丝网波纹填料的液泛机理,并从该模型出发,确定了液泛点,得出泛点气速的关联式,其误差不超过±8.4%,并导出泛点下持液量与气速的关联式.实验结果表明,改进后的填料在压降、通量及持液量等方面均比实体填料以及一般的Sulzer填料具有较优越的性能.
In this paper,through the improvement of the structure of the Sulzer packing,makes it have acquittid themselves with better gas-liquid mass transfer performance, The structure of the Sulzer packing has been changed into the structure that the bigger wave wiremesh are separated with the small wave wiremesh, and opening some holes in the wiremesh. We measured it's characteristic parameter, studied its chracteristics of fluid mechanics with air-water system, and obtained the generalized correllations of pressure drop and velocity of air for dry packing tower and moisture packing tower. The error is limited within±10%. We think that the flood mechanism of this packing can be explained with neck model. According this model determined the flooding-point,obtained the generalized correllations of velocity of air at flooding, the error is limited within +8.4%, deduted the generalized correllations of hold up water and velocity of air at flooding. It has also been found that the character about the flux, pressure drop and hold up of the improved Sulzer packing is better then the substantial packing and common Sulzer packing.
