摘要
计算机直接制版系统采用多通道高频激光进行高解析度图像的输出,常用的计算机接口不能满足其大数据量高速数据传输的要求。本文研制了一种基于PCI总线的高速图像数据通道,采用双数据总线、双缓冲及硬件数据排序,由PCI总线接口、数据缓冲、数据排序和LVDS驱动和接收等模块组成,系统简单、成本低,有效地减小了CPU对图像数据的运算时间及其对传输过程的操作时间,提高了图像数据传输的速度和实时性;应用实验表明该图像数据通道传输速度快,数据传输稳定可靠,能够满足计算机直接制版系统的应用要求。
CTP adopts high-frequency and multi-channel laser to record high-resolution image, however, conventional PC interface can't meet the requirement of ultra fast transmission for massive data, here, we put forward a novel image data transmission channel based on PCI bus, which utilizes dual data bus, data buffer and hardware-based data collation. This channel consists of PCI bus interface module, data buffer module, data collate calculation module, LVDS transmitter and LVDS receiver, it is simple and low cost. Application and experiment show that the new image data transmission channel reduces the CPU's processing time for data calculation and operating time for data transmission, and has advantages of fast and reliable data transmission, therefore it is suitable for CTP.
