摘要
随着网络流量的高速增长,交换机面对众多业务表现出不足及路由器的处理速度低下等问题日益暴露出来。在此情况下,标签交换技术被提出用于改进分组的转发过程。而在新一代的网络协议IPv6中包含流标签域,它可直接支持标签交换。文中研究基于IPv6的标签交换体系结构(简称6LSA),分析了6LSA中的流与目前规范定义的流的区别,并用一个聚集流的算法描述了标签交换路由器(6LSR)基于本地产生标签模型,建立标签交换路径(6LSP)和标签交换的方法。
With the fast increase of load of network, many problems, such as deficiency of switches dealing with numerous functions, low rate of router' s process, have been gradually exposed. In this circumtance, label switching technology has been put forward. At the same time, the next generation network protocol IPv6 which includes the flow label field can support the process of label switching directly. This paper researches an architectural framework, called IPv6 label switching architecture or 6LSA, analyses the difference between flow defined in 6LSA and flow defined in flow label,specification, and describes the measure of establishing IPv6 label switching path or 6LSP and the measure of label switching process, using appropriate algorithms of merged flows. These methods are all based on locally generated label model.
