摘要 公布了实验观察新结果:TTQLL费赛共振规律.即某些无机氧化物稀土烧结体荧光波长具有激发光波长λ0的1λ0,2λ0,3λ0,λ0/2,2λ0/2,3λ0/2,2λ0/3,3λ/3的荧光规律. the fluorescence wavelength of the Sintering body on Some rare-earth oxids and inorganic Oxides,has Such a law of 1λ0,2λ0, 3λ0;λ/2.2λ/2. 3λ0/2 and λ0/3.2λ0/3.3λ0/3of excitation light wavelengthλ0,and its fluorescence intensities are very strong,we call it.TTQLL Fermi resonance effect.The TTQLL Fermi resonance effect is a strong flourscence for electrons in the Fermi liguid to produce due to resonance under the light action. This law provides the excitation theory and fluorexcece radiation theory with a new theoritical model,and opens up a new way for making use of rare earth elements and studies of new materials.
