摘要
用聚苯乙烯阴离子交换树脂作载体,通过吸附法和吸附交联法固定a-淀粉酶,比较了两种方法所得固定化酶的性能.结果表明,吸附交联法平衡了吸附法的优缺点,提高了固定化酶的稳定性.
Polystyrenc was used as support to imlnobilize a-anylase. Two immobilizing methods tvvers used:One(I)was adsorption? the other(I) was adsorption and crosslinking by glutaraldehydes.The characters of immobilized a-anylase were studied. The results show that the method 1 Trresents real advantages when compared to the method I,It has in-creased the stability of immobilized a -amylase to temperature,pH,and the operational sta-bility.
