摘要
从构成要素、结构功能、技理与文化举隅等方面阐释了中国太极拳文化系统的3个子系统,即运动健身、运动健心和运动养生,每个子系统分别包含5个构成要素。认为:运动健身子系统主要适合青少年、中年人群;运动养生子系统主要适合老、弱、病人群;运动健心子系统连接其他两个子系统。指出:运动健身子系统与运动养生子系统非截然割裂,只是适宜对象侧重不同。
The three sub-systems of the Chinese Taijiquan, i.e. those of fimess by exercise, keeping sound mind by exercise and keeping fit by exercise were expounded from the aspects of component essential dement, structural function, technical principle and culture etc. Each sub-system included five component essential dements. It holds that the sub-system of fitness by exercise is mainly fit for juvenile and middle-aged crowd; the sub-system of keeping fit by exercise is mainly suitable for the old, weak and sick throng; these two sub-systems are connected by the sub- system of keeping sound mind by exercise. It also pointed out that the sub-system of fimess by exercise isn' t absolutdy severed from the sub-system of keeping fit by exercise, the difference between which is only that they have diferent emphases of suitable objects.
