摘要
利用统计热力学密度涨落理论确定了均质沸腾时液体的极限过热度及汽泡的临界半径。以水为例作了不同压力下的相关计算,并讨论了一些重要概念。
The liquid superheat limit and critical radius of bubbles in homogeneous nucleateboiling are determined in the present paper by using density fluctuation theory of statistical theomodynamics.Taking water as an example,calculation was performed to predict the superheat limit of itunder different pressure.A detailed discussion on some important concepts concerned was made.
