钛制弹性髓内针治疗儿童胫骨骨折

Used Flexible Titanium Nails to Treat Pediatric Tibial Fracture

目的总结钛制弹性髓内针治疗儿童胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法对2年内8例胫骨骨折儿童应用钛制弹性髓内针固定,观察骨折愈合情况,并随访。结果8例胫骨骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为7周,无畸形愈合。平均随访1年,无骺板生长阻滞及术后再骨折发生。结论对于儿童胫骨骨折,应用钛制弹性髓内针进行内固定治疗能获得并保持骨折的复位和稳定,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To assess the application of flexible titanium nails to treat the tibial fracture. Methods 8 Cases of tibia fracture within 2 years were treated using flexible titanium intramedullary nails. Average age of these cases was 9 years old. Results 8 cases of tibia fracture were all cured, average healed time was 7 weeks, deformity union was not occurred. Osteoepiphystic lamine growth block and refracture in postoperation also were no seen. Conclusion For the tibia fracture, used flexible titanium nails internal fixation therapy could obtain reduction,and maintain alignment and stability of reduction,So it is effective therapeutic approach.
