摘要
比较六种不同来源的ｅｌｉｃｉｔｏｒ（激发子）对培养１５天的长春花冠瘿细胞次级代射的刺激效果，发现它们均程度不同的促进了冠瘿细胞总吲哚生物碱的积累．其中在１００ｍｌ细胞培养液中加入５ｍｌ大丽花轮枝孢制备的ｅｌｉｃｉｔｏｒ刺激效果最佳．
The effect of six differet elicitors on secondary metabolism of Crown gall tissue of C.roseus cultured for 15 days was compared. All of them could stimulate the accumulation of total indole alkaloids. The elicitor from Verticillium dahliae was found most effective with the highest stimulation at 5ml homogenate per 100ml culture medium.
