摘要
目的：探讨降低高龄前列腺电切术患者术后并发症发生的护理措施。方法：对我科2005年1～11月70岁以上高龄前列腺电切术患者125例进行回顾性总结分析。结果：125例高龄老人前列腺电切术成功率达99％以上。结论：术后严密的观察护理，对可能出现的并发症给予重视，及时正确处理，是高龄老人手术顺利的重要保证。
Objective： Probe into nursing measures to reduce complications underwent TURP . Method ： 125 elderly patients with TURP were given analysed and appropriate nursing measures. Result ：The successful rate of TURP was reduced 99%. Conclusion ： Closed observation nursing after operation, pay attention to complications and correct treatment were the important assurance for elderly patients＇ operation .
