电针加穴位注射治疗坐骨神经痛的观察护理

Observation and care of sciatica treated with electric stimulation and acupiont injection

目的:探讨电针加穴位注射治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法:将227例坐骨神经痛的患者按住院号随机分为治疗组116例,对照组111例。治疗组运用电针加穴位注射结合的方法,并实施相关的护理措施;对照组采用牵引及按摩治疗。结果:治疗组在减轻症状和改善各项体征方面较对照组有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论:电针加穴位注射能促进血液循环,是治疗坐骨神经痛的理想方法。

Objective：Probe into the effect of the treatment to sciatica with electric stimulayion and acupiont inlection . Method： To divided the 227 patients who have a sciatica into two groups randomly according to their hospitalization number,with 116 patients in the treatment group and the rest in the comparison group. The treatment group adopts the electric stimulation and acupoint injection therapy combining with some nursing measures involved;while the comparison group adopts the traction and massotherapy . Result： The treatment group gets much better effect than the comparison group in alleviating the symptoms and improving the syndrome . Conclusion ：The dectric stimulation and acupoint injection therapy is the ideal way to care sciatica ,with the idral efffect to improve the sap moving ans contribute to blood circulation.
