Perioperation nursing care of huge segmented intestinestomy in I period

目的:探讨I期经肛门巨结肠根治术患儿的护理要点。方法:对34例先天性巨结肠患儿进行良好术前准备,术后密切观察病情变化,采取积极有效的护理措施。结果:34例患儿经治疗护理后均痊愈出院,术后随访有2例患儿未坚持常规扩肛并发肛门狭窄。结论:良好的术前准备,及时的病情观察与护理是促进患儿顺利康复的重要因素。

Objective： Probe into the nursing main point of infant patients with peranus huge segmented intestinestomy in Ⅰ perid. Method： 34 patients with congenital huge segmented intestine were geven well preparetion of intestine and all over the body before operation, observed patient＇s condition and accepted effective nursing messures after operation. Result：After treatment and nursing , 34 patient were all cured, postoperative follow - up there were two patients complicated anus narrowness because of cannot adhere to expand anus with normal. Conclusion：The improtment factors of promote rehabilitation were good preparetion before operation,observed patient＇s condition in time and correct nursing measures.
