目的:探讨脾动脉介入栓塞术治疗脾功能亢进的护理。方法:对22例脾动脉栓塞术的有关护理措施进行归纳总结结果:术后随访6个月,B超示脾脏逐渐缩小,红、白细胞及血小板逐渐恢复正常。结论:认真细致的术前、术后护理是保证介入治疗成功及促进其术后康复的关键。
