摘要
采用容积法建立了大型低速柴油机缸内工作过程的仿真模型,利用实测示功图对不同负荷下Vibe燃烧放热规律参数进行了优化计算.以MAN B&W公司生产的6S60MC型船舶柴油主机为例,用Matlab/Simulink进行了缸内工作过程的仿真,并与台架试验数据进行了对比分析.结果显示,仿真模型的运行结果与实测数据基本吻合,仿真模型精确度很高.模型已用于船舶主推进动力装置的动态仿真中.
This paper built working processes model for a large two-stroke marine diesel engine adopting the filling and emptying method. The rate of combustion heat release calculated from indicator diagram has been used for optimization of parameters of vibe curve. The 6S60MC diesel engine made by MAN B&W company was being taken as an example, system simulation studies based on the software Matlab/Simulink were conducted to demonstrate the correctness according to the tested data. Now the model has been used to develop simulation model of main engine.
