The failure situation of equipment in the cement industry was outlined. Working condition and wear mechanism of the key large-scale equipment were analyzed. The hardfacing material, process and application in some equipment＇s components were introduced particularly. The results showed that using hardfacing material in remanufacturing of cement equipment has important significance for saving energy, reducing material, protecting environment and accelerating recycle of economy.
