摘要
采用高能球磨处理方式对合成Al2TiO5的原料混合体系进行高球料比的机械激活处理,在相对低温和短时条件下制备了高纯度Al2TiO5粉体,并使得其各向异性生长特性得以体现,其典型结构特征为棒状晶粒。分析讨论了机械激活过程促进Al2TiO5晶粒各向异性生长的作用及原因。
High purity Al2TiO5 powders with anisotropic grain growth were synthesized through the mechanical activated powder mixtures of α-Al2O3 and anatase TiO2 at the condition of relatively low temperature and short plateau time. The typical microstructure characteristic of rod-like grain was observed mainly in the sintered powders. The effect and reason of mechanical activation motivating anisotropic grain growth of Al2TiO5 are investigated.
