权利的研究路径

Path of Research to Rights

从思想史的角度对每个时期权利研究的代表性学说尤其是马克思主义权利学说进行考察,可以了解权利学说研究思路和价值取向的更迭与承继,进而发现权利的研究路径。权利存在着多重基础,仅从一个角度无法实现对权利的科学研究,对一种新型权利的研究应从哲学、经济学、政治学和法学等多种路径来进行。

The study of the representative theories of rights of each historical stage, particularly the Marxist theory of rights, from the perspective of history of thought, can reveal the path of thought in the research on the theory of rights, the change and succession in value orientation, and the path of research into rights. Rights have a multi-layer foundation; research into it from any single perspective is not adequate. Research into a new type of rights should be conducted from the angles of philosophy, economies, political science and jurisprudence.
